• Should not be water damaged.
• Should not have any password locks and/or activation locks i.e., Apple iCloud activation lock on it.

Brand New

• Should never been used.
• Should be posted along with original manufacturer box and all accessories.
• Should be working on a UK network.

Faulty / Broken

• Should be complete unit and any parts or components should not be missing.
• Should not be water damaged.
• Should not have any password locks and/or activation locks i.e., Apple iCloud activation lock on it.
• Should not be reported as blocked due to lost or stolen.
